Instructions:

  • 1Sit on a bench and secure the head harness around your forehead.
  • 2Attach the desired weight to the head harness.
  • 3Bend your head forward until your chin touches your chest.
  • 4Raise your head backward until your face is looking toward the ceiling.
  • 5Slowly return to the starting position.

Tips:

  • Keep your body stable and static throughout the exercise.
  • Perform the movement slowly and in a controlled manner.
  • Don't use too heavy weights, increase gradually.
  • Keep your neck relaxed, and not stiff.
