
Instructions:
- 1Sit on a bench and secure the head harness around your forehead.
- 2Attach the desired weight to the head harness.
- 3Bend your head forward until your chin touches your chest.
- 4Raise your head backward until your face is looking toward the ceiling.
- 5Slowly return to the starting position.
Tips:
- Keep your body stable and static throughout the exercise.
- Perform the movement slowly and in a controlled manner.
- Don't use too heavy weights, increase gradually.
- Keep your neck relaxed, and not stiff.
