
Instructions:
- 1Sit or stand with a nice, tall posture
- 2Slowly tilt your head to the side, trying to touch your ear to your shoulder. Keep your shoulder down
- 3Hold this position for around 20-30 seconds
- 4Slowly return to the starting position
- 5Repeat it for the other side
Tips:
- Close your eyes during the stretch to promote relaxation
- Remember to keep your shoulders relaxed and down during the stretch
- Avoid using your hand to push down your head - let the weight of your head create the stretch
- Do not rush the motions, go slow and steady
