Instructions:

  • 1Sit or stand with a nice, tall posture
  • 2Slowly tilt your head to the side, trying to touch your ear to your shoulder. Keep your shoulder down
  • 3Hold this position for around 20-30 seconds
  • 4Slowly return to the starting position
  • 5Repeat it for the other side

Tips:

  • Close your eyes during the stretch to promote relaxation
  • Remember to keep your shoulders relaxed and down during the stretch
  • Avoid using your hand to push down your head - let the weight of your head create the stretch
  • Do not rush the motions, go slow and steady
