Instructions:

  • 1Start sitting upright with relaxed shoulders and neck.
  • 2Suck in your cheeks and pout your lips.
  • 3Move your mouth to one side, as far as it can go.
  • 4Suck in harder, then move your mouth to the other side.
  • 5Repeat the process.

Tips:

  • Do this exercise in front of a mirror to ensure good form.
  • Perform this exercise slowly for maximum muscle engagement.
  • Prevent straining your neck during the exercise.
  • Stay relaxed and don't rush the reps.
