
Instructions:
- 1Sit up straight, looking forward
- 2Slowly rotate your head to the right side until your chin is over your right shoulder
- 3Rotate your head back to the central position
- 4Rotate your head to the left until your chin is over your left shoulder
- 5Return to the central position
Tips:
- Remember to maintain a straight posture throughout the exercise
- Make sure movements are slow and controlled to avoid injury
- Do not force the rotation, go as far as comfortable without pain
- Breathe normally during the exercise
