Instructions:

  • 1Sit up straight, looking forward
  • 2Slowly rotate your head to the right side until your chin is over your right shoulder
  • 3Rotate your head back to the central position
  • 4Rotate your head to the left until your chin is over your left shoulder
  • 5Return to the central position

Tips:

  • Remember to maintain a straight posture throughout the exercise
  • Make sure movements are slow and controlled to avoid injury
  • Do not force the rotation, go as far as comfortable without pain
  • Breathe normally during the exercise
