
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back on a flat surface with your head on a foam roll
- 2Slowly roll your head from one side to the other
- 3Pause for a moment when your head is turned to one side
- 4Return your head to the center
- 5Repeat the same on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your movements slow and smooth
- Do not force your neck to stretch further than is comfortable
- If you feel any pain, stop right away
- Breathe normally during the exercise
