Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your back on a flat surface with your head on a foam roll
  • 2Slowly roll your head from one side to the other
  • 3Pause for a moment when your head is turned to one side
  • 4Return your head to the center
  • 5Repeat the same on the other side

Tips:

  • Keep your movements slow and smooth
  • Do not force your neck to stretch further than is comfortable
  • If you feel any pain, stop right away
  • Breathe normally during the exercise
