Neck Side Stretch (female)

Instructions:

  • 1Stand or sit tall with your spine straight
  • 2Slowly lower your right ear towards your right shoulder until you feel a light stretch
  • 3Hold the stretch position for about 20 to 30 seconds
  • 4Return your head to the center and then perform the same movement on your left side
  • 5Repeat the process 3-5 times on each side

Tips:

  • Make sure to keep your shoulders down and back during the stretch
  • Ensure your movements are slow and controlled to avoid injury
  • Do not rotate your head while stretching
  • You can also use your hand to gently pull your head, enhancing the stretch while managing discomfort and control
