Instructions:

  • 1Stand up with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Place your hands lightly on the back of your head
  • 3Tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling
  • 4Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds
  • 5Gently return your head to the starting position

Tips:

  • Remember to breathe normally during the stretch
  • Never force a stretch. Go only as far as your body will allow
  • Do not put too much pressure on the back of your head while tilting it back
  • Make sure to keep your back straight and balance your weight evenly over your feet
