
Instructions:
- 1Stand up with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Place your hands lightly on the back of your head
- 3Tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling
- 4Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds
- 5Gently return your head to the starting position
Tips:
- Remember to breathe normally during the stretch
- Never force a stretch. Go only as far as your body will allow
- Do not put too much pressure on the back of your head while tilting it back
- Make sure to keep your back straight and balance your weight evenly over your feet
