Neck Circle Stretch (female)

Instructions:

  • 1Stand or sit with your back straight, relaxing your shoulders downwards
  • 2Slowly tilt your head towards your right shoulder until you feel a stretch on the left side of your neck
  • 3Gently roll your neck in a circular motion moving to the front, then the other side, then to the back, completing the circle
  • 4Repeat the steps in the opposite direction
  • 5Hold each stretch for about 15-30 seconds

Tips:

  • Do not rush the movement, keep it slow and controlled
  • Avoid leaning your body, keep your torso still to focus the stretch on the neck
  • Discontinue the exercise if you feel any sharp pain
  • Remember to breathe normally throughout the stretch
