
Instructions:
- 1Stand or sit with your back straight, relaxing your shoulders downwards
- 2Slowly tilt your head towards your right shoulder until you feel a stretch on the left side of your neck
- 3Gently roll your neck in a circular motion moving to the front, then the other side, then to the back, completing the circle
- 4Repeat the steps in the opposite direction
- 5Hold each stretch for about 15-30 seconds
Tips:
- Do not rush the movement, keep it slow and controlled
- Avoid leaning your body, keep your torso still to focus the stretch on the neck
- Discontinue the exercise if you feel any sharp pain
- Remember to breathe normally throughout the stretch
