
Instructions:
- 1Sit or stand upright
- 2Slowly tilt your head forward until a stretch is felt in the back of your neck
- 3Hold the stretch for up to 30 seconds
- 4Slowly lift your head back up to the starting position
- 5Repeat the stretch moving your head backward until a stretch is felt in the front of your neck
Tips:
- Do not force your head down, just allow the weight of your head to apply the stretch
- Keep your spine straight throughout the stretch
- Don't rush the stretch, hold in each direction for up to 30 seconds
