Instructions:

  • 1Sit or stand upright
  • 2Slowly tilt your head forward until a stretch is felt in the back of your neck
  • 3Hold the stretch for up to 30 seconds
  • 4Slowly lift your head back up to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the stretch moving your head backward until a stretch is felt in the front of your neck

Tips:

  • Do not force your head down, just allow the weight of your head to apply the stretch
  • Keep your spine straight throughout the stretch
  • Don't rush the stretch, hold in each direction for up to 30 seconds
