Instructions:

  • 1Stand in a comfortable position, keep your shoulders relaxed and look straight ahead
  • 2Slowly tilt your head towards your right shoulder
  • 3Hold the stretch for about 20-30 seconds
  • 4Return to the start position
  • 5Repeat the process for your left shoulder

Tips:

  • Perform this stretch very slowly to avoid injury
