
Instructions:
- 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart and the barbell in front of you
- 2Bend at your knees and hips to grab the barbell
- 3Explosively stand up, pulling the barbell up to your chest
- 4Split your legs into a lunge position as you catch the barbell at your shoulders
- 5Return to the start position and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the movement
- Use your hips and legs to generate the power to lift the barbell rather than your arms
- Keep the barbell as close to your body as possible during the movement
- Ensure to evenly distribute your weight when you split your legs
