
Instructions:
- 1Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position
- 2Lift your hips, arch your back and look upwards, feeling a stretch through your quad muscles
- 3Hold the stretch for a count of 15-30 seconds
- 4Lower your body back to the tabletop position
- 5Repeat for 3-5 rounds
Tips:
- Breathe deeply and evenly throughout the stretch
- Avoid over-arch of the back
- The stretch should be felt in your thighs and hips, not your lower back
- Stop immediately if you feel sharp or radiating pain
