Instructions:

  • 1Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position
  • 2Lift your hips, arch your back and look upwards, feeling a stretch through your quad muscles
  • 3Hold the stretch for a count of 15-30 seconds
  • 4Lower your body back to the tabletop position
  • 5Repeat for 3-5 rounds

Tips:

  • Breathe deeply and evenly throughout the stretch
  • Avoid over-arch of the back
  • The stretch should be felt in your thighs and hips, not your lower back
  • Stop immediately if you feel sharp or radiating pain
