
Instructions:
- 1Stand close to the high pulley of cable station
- 2Grasp the handle with your hand, the palm should face up
- 3Pull the handle down until your arm is fully extended
- 4Slowly return your arm to the initial position
- 5Repeat the process with the other arm
Tips:
- Keep your elbows close to your body during the exercise
- Do not use your back or shoulders to pull the handle down
- Control the motion while returning to the initial position
- Keep a regular breathing pattern
