Instructions:

  • 1Stand close to the high pulley of cable station
  • 2Grasp the handle with your hand, the palm should face up
  • 3Pull the handle down until your arm is fully extended
  • 4Slowly return your arm to the initial position
  • 5Repeat the process with the other arm

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows close to your body during the exercise
  • Do not use your back or shoulders to pull the handle down
  • Control the motion while returning to the initial position
  • Keep a regular breathing pattern
