Instructions:

  • 1Sit on a bench with your feet firmly on the ground
  • 2Hold the EZ barbell with both hands
  • 3Curl the barbell towards your chest, keeping your elbows stable and close to your body
  • 4Pause for a moment at the top and squeeze your biceps
  • 5Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position

Tips:

  • Do not use your back or shoulders to lift the weight, focus on isolating your biceps
  • Control the motion of the barbell, don't let it drop quickly
  • Breathe out as you curl the barbell up, inhale while lowering it
  • Avoid fully extending your arms at the bottom to keep tension on your biceps
