
Instructions:
- 1Sit on a bench with your feet firmly on the ground
- 2Hold the EZ barbell with both hands
- 3Curl the barbell towards your chest, keeping your elbows stable and close to your body
- 4Pause for a moment at the top and squeeze your biceps
- 5Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position
Tips:
- Do not use your back or shoulders to lift the weight, focus on isolating your biceps
- Control the motion of the barbell, don't let it drop quickly
- Breathe out as you curl the barbell up, inhale while lowering it
- Avoid fully extending your arms at the bottom to keep tension on your biceps
