Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the seat with your back firm against the backrest
  • 2Hold onto the handles of the leverage machine
  • 3Rotate your torso towards one side until you feel a stretch, keeping your back against the backrest
  • 4Slowly return to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the movement on the other side

Tips:

  • Engage your obliques throughout the entire movement
  • Avoid using excessive weight, focusing on the stretch and contraction
  • Exhale as you twist, inhale as you return to the starting position
  • Keep your movements controlled to avoid injury
