Instructions:

  • 1Start in a seated position on the floor with your hands placed behind you
  • 2Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor
  • 3Push your upper body off the floor using your triceps until your arms are fully extended
  • 4Lower your body back down in a controlled fashion

Tips:

  • Focus on using your triceps to complete the movement
  • Ensure your back is straight during the movement
  • Keep your movements controlled and slow to optimize muscle engagement
