
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight while holding the cable handles with your palms facing your body.
- 2Lift your one foot off the floor.
- 3With the heel of your other foot, push off the floor and raise your body upwards.
- 4Hold the position for a sec and then lower your body back down in a slow and controlled motion.
- 5Switch legs and repeat.
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
- Control the lowering phase for maximum benefit.
- If stability is a problem, hold onto a wall or a stable object during the exercise.
- Make sure not to overly arch your back during the movement.
