
Instructions:
- 1Stand at the Smith machine with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Bend over at your waist, keeping your back straight
- 3Hold the bar with your palms facing down
- 4Pull the bar up to your stomach
- 5Slowly lower the bar back down
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull up
- Avoid rushing the movement
- Focus on pulling with your back muscles, not your arms
