Instructions:

  • 1Stand at the Smith machine with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Bend over at your waist, keeping your back straight
  • 3Hold the bar with your palms facing down
  • 4Pull the bar up to your stomach
  • 5Slowly lower the bar back down

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull up
  • Avoid rushing the movement
  • Focus on pulling with your back muscles, not your arms
