Instructions:

  • 1Stand bending forward at your waist and hold the EZ-Bar with a reverse grip
  • 2Keep the back straight and pull the bar towards your waist
  • 3Hold the position at the top of the motion
  • 4Lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of reps
