
Instructions:
- 1Stand bending forward at your waist and hold the EZ-Bar with a reverse grip
- 2Keep the back straight and pull the bar towards your waist
- 3Hold the position at the top of the motion
- 4Lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner
- 5Repeat for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your elbows close to your body during the exercise
- Ensure your back is straight throughout
- Tighten your core for stability
- Focus on squeezing your back muscles at the top of the movement
