
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the exercise ball and slowly roll down until your back is resting on the ball
- 2Extend your arms to the sides and slightly above your head
- 3Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds
- 4Come back to starting position and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your breathing steady and relaxed throughout the stretch
- Make sure your neck is relaxed and comfortable throughout the movement
- If comfortable, you can extend the stretch by slightly rolling the ball to each side
- Don't bounce or force the stretch
