Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the exercise ball and slowly roll down until your back is resting on the ball
  • 2Extend your arms to the sides and slightly above your head
  • 3Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds
  • 4Come back to starting position and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your breathing steady and relaxed throughout the stretch
  • Make sure your neck is relaxed and comfortable throughout the movement
  • If comfortable, you can extend the stretch by slightly rolling the ball to each side
  • Don't bounce or force the stretch
