- 2Slowly walk your feet forward, allowing the ball to roll beneath your back
- 3Continue rolling the ball until it reaches your mid to lower back
- 4Extend your arms overhead and relax your body to feel a stretch in your lats
- 5Hold for 15-30 seconds and then slowly return to the starting position

- Do not strain or overstretch - perform the movement to a comfortable position
- Maintain good posture and keep your back straight while stretching
- Breathe slowly and deeply during the stretch
