Instructions:

  • 1Grab the cable handle with your palms facing each other
  • 2Pull the handle towards your torso, rotating your palms upward
  • 3Slowly return to the initial position, rotating your palms back
  • 4Perform the movement in a controlled manner
  • 5Repeat the process for the recommended number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Exhale during the rowing motion and inhale during the release
  • Do not use your lower back or tilt your torso back for momentum
  • Keep your elbows close to your body during the motion
