
Instructions:
- 1Grab the cable handle with your palms facing each other
- 2Pull the handle towards your torso, rotating your palms upward
- 3Slowly return to the initial position, rotating your palms back
- 4Perform the movement in a controlled manner
- 5Repeat the process for the recommended number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Exhale during the rowing motion and inhale during the release
- Do not use your lower back or tilt your torso back for momentum
- Keep your elbows close to your body during the motion
