
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the lever machine with your feet planted on the ground
- 2Grab the handles with your palms facing down
- 3Press the handles forward until your arms are fully extended
- 4Slowly return to the starting position
- 5Perform the specified number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and chest up throughout the exercise
- Do not lock your elbows when pressing forward
- Exhale while pressing the handles forward, inhale when returning to starting position
- Keep movements controlled with no sudden jerks
