Instructions:

  • 1Start by sitting and holding a barbell in front of you with palms facing upward
  • 2Bend your wrists so that the barbell rolls out of your palms
  • 3Curl the barbell back up using just your wrists
  • 4Repeat the motion

Tips:

  • Keep your forearms stationary throughout the exercise
  • Ensure the movement is coming only from your wrists
  • Avoid lifting your arms or shoulders while performing the exercise
  • Keep a moderate grip on the barbell to prevent it from slipping
