Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight facing the cable machine
  • 2Grab the cable with one hand using an overhand grip
  • 3Keep your elbow close to your body and push the cable down until your arm is fully extended
  • 4Slowly return your hand to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the exercise with the other arm

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight during the exercise
  • Ensure only your forearm moves and your upper arm remains stationary
  • Exhale during the pushdown and inhale while returning to the starting position
  • Avoid using your body to generate momentum, the movement should be controlled
