
Instructions:

- 2Grab the cable with one hand using an overhand grip
- 3Keep your elbow close to your body and push the cable down until your arm is fully extended

- 5Repeat the exercise with the other arm

- Ensure only your forearm moves and your upper arm remains stationary
- Exhale during the pushdown and inhale while returning to the starting position
