Instructions:

  • 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the dumbbells in your hands
  • 2Lower your body into a squat and put the dumbbells on the ground
  • 3Jump both feet back into a plank position keeping your body straight
  • 4Jump your feet back in towards the dumbbells
  • 5Stand up straight and jump into the air, raising the dumbbells above your head

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Try to control your breathing to maintain an effective rhythm
  • When jumping, land softly to minimize impact on your knees
  • Do not rush, it's the intensity and form that matters not speed
