
Instructions:
- 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the dumbbells in your hands
- 2Lower your body into a squat and put the dumbbells on the ground
- 3Jump both feet back into a plank position keeping your body straight
- 4Jump your feet back in towards the dumbbells
- 5Stand up straight and jump into the air, raising the dumbbells above your head
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Try to control your breathing to maintain an effective rhythm
- When jumping, land softly to minimize impact on your knees
- Do not rush, it's the intensity and form that matters not speed
