Instructions:

  • 1Lie down on the T-bar machine with your chest against the pad
  • 2Grasp the handles with both hands
  • 3Pull the handles towards your chest while keeping your elbows close to your body
  • 4Slowly lower the handlebar back to the starting position

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement
  • Avoid using your body momentum to lift the weight
  • Focus on the contraction of your back muscles
