
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on the T-bar machine with your chest against the pad
- 2Grasp the handles with both hands
- 3Pull the handles towards your chest while keeping your elbows close to your body
- 4Slowly lower the handlebar back to the starting position
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement
- Avoid using your body momentum to lift the weight
- Focus on the contraction of your back muscles
