Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Extend your arms out to your sides, palms facing forward
  • 3Quickly swing your arms forward
  • 4Touch your hands together in front of you
  • 5Quickly swing your arms back to the previous position

Tips:

  • Ensure your movements are controlled to prevent injury
  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Do not force your arms to move farther than comfortable
  • Don't forget to breathe rhythmically during the movement
