Instructions:

  • 1Lie flat on your back on the floor with your hands by your sides
  • 2Raise your legs until they are perpendicular to the floor
  • 3Pause for a moment at the top of the motion
  • 4Lower your legs back down to the starting position
  • 5Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your legs straight but not locked during the motion
  • Raise your legs using your abs, avoid swinging for momentum
  • Control your legs on the way down to increase the effectiveness of the exercise
  • Exhale when you're raising your legs and inhale when you're lowering them
