
Instructions:
- 1Lie flat on your back on the floor with your hands by your sides
- 2Raise your legs until they are perpendicular to the floor
- 3Pause for a moment at the top of the motion
- 4Lower your legs back down to the starting position
- 5Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your legs straight but not locked during the motion
- Raise your legs using your abs, avoid swinging for momentum
- Control your legs on the way down to increase the effectiveness of the exercise
- Exhale when you're raising your legs and inhale when you're lowering them
