Instructions:

  • 1Start by securing the suspension straps at about arm height
  • 2Grasp the handles and lean back slightly
  • 3Twist your torso to one side, pulling your body upwards
  • 4Twist back to the center and lower your body
  • 5Repeat the process on the other side

Tips:

  • Keep a slight bend at the knees to protect the spine
  • Control the speed of the movement for a better workout
  • Keep the core tight throughout the exercise
  • Do not straining your neck during the exercise
