Instructions:

  • 1Start in a high plank position with your hands on the ground and your feet in the suspension straps
  • 2Perform a regular push-up keeping your body straight
  • 3As you press up, lift one hand off the ground and stretch it out to the side, forming the shape of a star
  • 4Slowly lower your body back to the ground, and then lift your other hand and stretch out into a star pose after your next push-up
  • 5Repeat the exercise for the recommended number of times

Tips:

  • Keep your body as straight as possible during the exercise
  • Ensure your movements are controlled to avoid swinging or loss of balance
  • Consider wearing non-slip shoes for added safety
  • Begin with a slower pace and gradually increase as your strength grows
