
Instructions:
- 1Start in a high plank position with your hands on the ground and your feet in the suspension straps
- 2Perform a regular push-up keeping your body straight
- 3As you press up, lift one hand off the ground and stretch it out to the side, forming the shape of a star
- 4Slowly lower your body back to the ground, and then lift your other hand and stretch out into a star pose after your next push-up
- 5Repeat the exercise for the recommended number of times
