Instructions:

  • 1Adjust the suspension straps to about waist height
  • 2Stand facing away from the anchor point and grab the handles with both hands behind your head
  • 3Extend your arms straight out in front of you, stretching the straps
  • 4Bend your elbows, slowly lowering your body back and down
  • 5Push up and back to the start position, using your triceps to extend your arms

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the movement
  • Keep your elbows as close as possible to your head during execution
  • Avoid using your back or shoulders, focus on isolating your triceps
  • Ensure the movement is controlled, avoid jerking or snapping
