
Instructions:
- 1Adjust the suspension straps to about waist height
- 2Stand facing away from the anchor point and grab the handles with both hands behind your head
- 3Extend your arms straight out in front of you, stretching the straps
- 4Bend your elbows, slowly lowering your body back and down
- 5Push up and back to the start position, using your triceps to extend your arms
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the movement
- Keep your elbows as close as possible to your head during execution
- Avoid using your back or shoulders, focus on isolating your triceps
- Ensure the movement is controlled, avoid jerking or snapping
