Instructions:

  • 1Attach the suspension straps to a secure attachment point
  • 2Stand facing the attachment and hold the handles with arms extended in front of you
  • 3Lean forward while keeping your body in a straight line, rolling your arms out in front of you
  • 4Use your waist and core muscles to pull your arms back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat for the determined number of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your body straight throughout the movement
  • Engage your core during the pull back to maximize muscle engagement
  • Ensure that the suspension straps are securely attached
  • Move in a slow and controlled manner to prevent injury
