Instructions:

  • 1Stand facing the suspension system and hold the handles
  • 2Step back until your arms are extended and leans back slightly
  • 3Now, bend at the waist as you lower your upper body
  • 4Tighten your core and lift your body back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the movement as many times as you can

Tips:

  • Keep your body in a straight line by engaging your core
  • Don't let your hips dip down
  • Exhale as you lift your body and inhale as you lower it
  • Keep your neck in a comfortable position by avoiding jerky movements
