
Instructions:
- 1Lay on your back with your feet in the suspender handles
- 2Bend your knees and lift your hips off the floor
- 3Hold this position for a few seconds
- 4Lower your hips back down to the floor
- 5Repeat

- Make sure your feet are properly secured in the handles
- Engage your core to maintain stability
- Push through your heels when lifting your hips
- Control your movements to protect your lower back
