Instructions:

  • 1Lay on your back with your feet in the suspender handles
  • 2Bend your knees and lift your hips off the floor
  • 3Hold this position for a few seconds
  • 4Lower your hips back down to the floor
  • 5Repeat

  • Engage your core to maintain stability
  • Push through your heels when lifting your hips
  • Control your movements to protect your lower back
