
Instructions:
- 1Stand behind the lever machine with your feet shoulder width apart
- 2Hold the lever handle with your two hands behind your head
- 3Keeping your elbows close to your head, extend your arms straight up
- 4Lower the handle in a slow controlled motion until your elbows are fully flexed
- 5Repeat this motion for your desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Focus on flexing at the elbow and not at the shoulders
- Keep your elbows close to your head during the movement
- Exhale as you push the handle upwards and inhale as you lower the handle
