Instructions:

  • 1Stand behind the lever machine with your feet shoulder width apart
  • 2Hold the lever handle with your two hands behind your head
  • 3Keeping your elbows close to your head, extend your arms straight up
  • 4Lower the handle in a slow controlled motion until your elbows are fully flexed
  • 5Repeat this motion for your desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Focus on flexing at the elbow and not at the shoulders
  • Keep your elbows close to your head during the movement
  • Exhale as you push the handle upwards and inhale as you lower the handle
