
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight and step on the band, holding its end with your right hand
- 2Keep your elbow close to your ear as you curl your hand towards the shoulder
- 3Pause at the top and then gradually lower your hand
- 4Complete your set and then switch arms
- 5Maintain a tight core throughout
Tips:
- Avoid letting your elbow move away from next to your ear
- Do not use your back or shoulders to lift the weight; keep the work in your biceps
- Keep a controlled motion throughout, especially when lowering the band
- Ensure your band is in good quality to prevent snapping
