Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Hold the band with both hands, extending arms straight out in front
  • 3Turn your torso to the right, then to the left, keeping your arms straight

Tips:

  • Keep your abs engaged throughout the exercise
  • Avoid jerky movements, performs twists in controlled fashion
  • Ensure the resistance band is securely held to avoid injury
  • Keep your feet planted firmly on the ground throughout the exercise
