
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Hold the band with both hands, extending arms straight out in front
- 3Turn your torso to the right, then to the left, keeping your arms straight
Tips:
- Keep your abs engaged throughout the exercise
- Avoid jerky movements, performs twists in controlled fashion
- Ensure the resistance band is securely held to avoid injury
- Keep your feet planted firmly on the ground throughout the exercise
