Instructions:

  • 1Place the band around your back below your shoulder blades
  • 2Get into standard push-up position with the band under your hands
  • 3Lower your body to the floor while keeping your core engaged
  • 4Push your body back to the original position
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Ensure your body forms a straight line from head to heels
  • Focus on tightening the chest muscles during push-up
  • Do not let your hips sag during the exercise
  • Perform the movement slowly and controlled
