
Instructions:

- 2Lean forward and grab the barbell with an overhand grip and hands shoulder-width apart while bending your knees.
- 3Raise the barbell to your knees while lifting your hips, straighten your legs and bring it to your waist.
- 4Lastly, lean back and take the barbell to your chest while bending your wrists and slowly bringing your elbows under it.
Tips:
- Maintain the standard curve of your back while leaning forward.
- Place the barbell close to your shins.
- Keep your core tight while pulling the barbell.
- Maintain a regular breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding.
