Instructions:

  • 2Place your arms on the platform and grab the handles of the machine while keeping your elbows bent at a 90-degree angle.
  • 3Push the handles down by extending your arms.
  • 4As your arms become fully straight, return to the initial position and repeat.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid lifting your hips off the seat.
  • Keep your arms and elbows on the platform throughout.
  • Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding.
