- 3Lower your chest towards the chair by folding your arms.
- 4As it reaches near the bench, raise yourself by straightening your arms, and repeat.

- Keep your neck in a neutral position and avoid bending it.
- Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
- Lower and raise your body as a unit.
