- 3Raise the barbell by extending your arms overhead.
- 4As your arms become fully extended, lower the barbell by folding your elbows and repeat.

- Keep your elbows close to your head and avoid moving your shoulders.
- Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding.
