Instructions:

  • 1Lie down on your back with your legs extended in front of you.
  • 2Pass a rope through the notch of your shoe and hold its ends near your hips.
  • 3Pull the rope by folding your arms while bending your knee and take your foot towards your shin to put a stretch on your calf.
  • 4Hold this stretch for a few seconds.

Tips:

  • Avoid lifting your torso off the floor.
  • Keep your other leg stable on the floor.
  • Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
