Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your back straight, feet shoulder-width apart, and hold the barbell of the smith machine on your shoulders behind your neck.
  • 2Place your toes on a 2-3 inches high bar and raise the barbell by lifting your heels off the floor.
  • 3Hold for a while, return to the initial position, and repeat.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  • DonÆt raise your shoulders to lift the barbell.
