Instructions:

  • 1Sit on a calf raise machine with a straight back, thighs fixed under the padded bar, and toes placed on the footrests.
  • 2Rest your hands on the handles of the bar and raise the bar while lifting your heels up.
  • 3Hold for a while, lower your heels, and repeat.

  • Keep your toes on the footrests.
