Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your back straight, feet shoulder-width apart, and extend your arms overhead while placing your palms over each other.
  • 2Take a step back with your left foot and place it behind your right leg while lowering your arms to your sides while keeping your palms parallel to the floor.
  • 3Bend your knees and lower down unless your right thigh is parallel to the floor.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  • DonÆt lean forward while lowering yourself to the floor.
  • Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
