
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall near a bench with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart, and hold a barbell behind your neck.
- 2Step on the bench with your right foot, drive up through your right leg, and stand upright on the bench.
- 3Pause momentarily, step down with your right foot, follow with the left, and repeat.
Tips:
- Plant your whole foot nicely on the bench while stepping on.
- Tighten your glutes and abdominal muscles while driving on the bench.
- Keep your back arched and your chest out.
