- 2Grab the machine's handles while bending your arms and opening your elbows wide.
- 3Push the machine's handles close by bringing your elbows forward.
- 4Return to the initial position, and repeat.
Tips:
- DonÆt lean forward while pushing the handles.
- DonÆt lift your hips off the seat.
- Maintain a regular breathing pattern.
