Instructions:

  • 3Lower your chest to the floor by bending your arms.
  • 4Hold for a while, raise your chest by straightening your arms, and repeat.

Tips:

  • Keep your dumbbells in place.
  • Maintain the arch of your back throughout.
  • Avoid breath holding.
